Found in the sidebar by opening up User Management.

Here you can monitor outgoing invites, a user's roles and remove them from the team if necessary.

When inviting existing pinoybot users, you choose what role they will have and then they'll receive an email.

When inviting non-existing pinoybot users, you input their email and choose what role they will have. They'll receive an email and go through a registration process with the same rules as creating an account but no bot is automatically created for you.
