b. Chatbot Training Data

c. Facebook Login & Page Access

If you choose to connect your Facebook account:

  • We use the Facebook Login API to authenticate you
  • With your permission, we may access basic profile information (such as name and email)

If you connect a Facebook Page, we may receive and process:

  • Messages sent to that Page
  • Sender display names and public profile information (as provided by Facebook)

This data is used solely to enable chatbot messaging and automation features. We do not control how Facebook processes your data; please refer to Facebook’s Privacy Policy for more information.

B. Information Collected from End Users (People Messaging the Chatbot)

When individuals interact with a chatbot powered by Pinoybot (for example via Facebook Messenger), we may collect:

  • Display name or public profile name
  • Message content sent to the chatbot
  • Timestamps of conversations
  • Any information the user voluntarily includes in their messages

This information may be visible to the Pinoybot account holder for customer support, archiving, analytics, and service improvement.

Pinoybot does not use private conversations for advertising.

4. Facebook Integration

If you connect a Facebook Page:

  • Pinoybot may receive messages sent to that Page

  • We store and process these messages to provide chatbot functionality

Use of Facebook data is subject to:
