You can find quick messages in the right panel of your inbox.

It has its own tab beside the Handoff History tab.

This is a convenient way to respond to repetitive queries or frequently asked questions.

You'll need to input a title, its category, the expected response message.

You can also setup a shortcut for the quick message so that you do not have to navigate to the panel and instead just type it out as a slash command.
