The things you can find and do on the dashboard
The dashboard is where you run your bot. This page is a quick map of what is where, so you know which tab to open for what you want to do.
The header has the chatbot selector. It shows which bot you are managing right now and whether that bot is turned on or off. Everything in the sidebar applies to the bot shown here.
You land on Chatbots by default.
| Tab | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Chatbots | An overview of recent activity. You will find the setup checklist, your bot's health, frequently asked questions and recent conversations. |
| Inbox | Every conversation your bot has had. You can take over from the bot here. |
| Bot Settings | Your bot's name and instructions, notifications and business hours. |
| Chatbot Data | What your bot knows, as files or as question-and-reply pairs. |
| Analytics | How your bot and your business are doing. |
| Playground | A place to test your bot before customers do. |
| User Management | Invite and manage the team behind the bot. |
| Integrations | Connect your bot to Facebook Messenger or put it on your website. |
| Account | Your own profile. |
At the bottom of the sidebar you will also find Help, which opens these guides in a new tab, and Logout.
Do not see a tab?
Tabs depend on your role. If a teammate sees a tab you do not, ask an Owner or Admin about your role.
| Create your first bot | Name your bot and open the setup checklist |
| Train your bot | Train your bot with files |

Did this fix it?
If your bot still gives the wrong answer, tell us what happened. You do not need to be signed in.
